🥴 Do you feel that the body has become as if made of wood? Desk work, frequent stress lead to muscle tension☝️

Due to that, problems in movement, frequent injuries when playing sports, or other related problems can occur.

Stretching will help relax muscles and restore elasticity and firmness. 🙌

Stretching is a simple exercise designed to increase the flexibility of the body. Flexibility is important as it helps maintain range of motion in the joints.

Flexibility also:
✔️ Stimulates blood circulation;
✔️Helps relieve headaches, tension;
✔️ Prevents back and neck pain;
✔️ Promotes better posture;
✔️ Helps mussels to recover after intense sports or injuries;

Flexibility is all about the health of our muscles ☝️ Over time, their elasticity got worse, so it is important to always take care of the body.

We have prepared simple exercises for you that you can do at home to keep your muscles toned.

❗️It's important to remember that stretching can be uncomfortable, but it shouldn't be painful.

👉 Leg stretch
▫️ Stand on your right leg so that one knee touches the other. Take your left leg with your left hand and pull it towards your buttocks. Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds before switching sides.
▫️ Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you. Slowly lean forward, reaching for your toes. Walk as far as you can without pain, and hold for 30 seconds.

👉 Lower back stretch
▫️ Get on all fours so that your wrists are directly under your shoulders and your knees are directly under your hips. Start alternately arching and rounding your back. Alternate both movements. One cycle takes three to four seconds. You can repeat this stretch up to six times.
▫️ Keeping your hands and knees on the floor, lower yourself back to put your hips on your heels. Connect your big toes, spread your heels. Next, lean forward with your arms stretched out in front of you. Put your belly on your thighs. The forehead should touch the floor. Try to relax and breathe deeply for a minute.
