HOMEMADE DUNKAROO DIP 🧁 The most delicious 3-ingredient dessert to satisfy your (nostalgic) sweet cravings!

Early 2000’s diet culture was bruuuutal. Now, as a dietitian, it’s my mission to teach people that food is meant to be enjoyed. And that restricting the food we love only backfires.

As someone with a sweet tooth, I make sure to always have dessert on hand. And this dip is beyond easy to make, ready in just a few minutes, and so satisfying šŸ™ŒšŸ»

BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 🄦 The one go-to soup recipe you need this fall and winter!

This soup is hands down one of my favorites ever: it’s full of nutrient-dense veggies and delicious cheese, creamy, and flavorful. Serving it in a bread bowl or with bread to dip gives the coziest vibes ever.

EDIBLE BROWNIE BATTER šŸ« My current go-to snack when I want something sweet that’ll also keep me full and energized.

I absolutely loveee brownie batter. But there’s only so much of raw flour and egg you can lick off the spoon šŸ™ƒ This edible version is totally safe to eat, has a little more nutrition than a typical brownie batter, and is just SO delicious.

You only need a few simple ingredients to make it too!
