OT Millennial is a channel created by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. I work with children ranging from ages 3-16 years old in the school and private settings 🎉

Here you will find interactive DIY & follow along drawing, handwriting, and theraputty exercise videos to strengthen and develop the fine motor muscles in your hands and fingers! Some other skills targeted in these videos include visual motor coordination, dexterity, handwriting, perception, bilateral coordination, direction following, planning/sequencing, sensory, memory, attention/focus, self help, hand range of motion, strength/endurance, and many more.
