As Covid has changed the very core of our lives this year I believe a helping hand can never be to far away . At I aim to provide tools and guidance that can make sense of the good and the bad that we’ve faced . ⁣

Therapy helps by allowing us to feel the emotions we’ve stored away, to unpack our anger and anxiety and to heal from traumas we may face .⁣

Because of this I’ve decided to help by giving away a $25 gift card to a follower in need. Sometimes food can be my therapy, so I’ve teamed up with to offer a lucky follower a $25 gift card. Take it easy and have a meal on me .⁣
