Why do I teach yoga... well let me tell you.
You see yoga has walked with me side by side through every version of myself.
Through the insecure moments. The countless injuries presented from daily life.
Stages of my womanhood, previous addictions, neglect of my health, the list goes on & on...
You see, Yoga has taught me how to take care of body instead of ignoring it. How to recalibrate, how to pause before reacting, how to feel myself via breath, how to trust my inner most self.
You see, Yoga allowed me to see ... ME. As I am, without judgement, and stay with myself wholeheartedly.
Over time, I realized the way people move matters. Now, when I teach, I’m thinking about YOUR body!
The restriction in someone’s hips, tightness in their shoulders, spines that are compressed from long days.
A nervous system that hasn’t had a real exhale due to stress & chaotic build up. Restoring mobility where there is stiffness. Building stability where one is shaky. Layering strength in a way your body can actually integrate.
This isn’t random intensity.
It’s intelligent progression.
Breath-led.
Somatically aware.
So, you don’t just stretch — you reorganize.
You don’t just sweat — you regulate.
You don’t just move — you build capacity.
Because real strength isn’t tension.
It’s resilience. It’s range.
It’s a nervous system that feels safe enough to expand.
Because yoga isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about being fully present in it.
If you’re looking for a place to move with purpose and feel grounded while you do it…
I’d love to guide you. Come Flow...
