A pattern I see ALL the time with clients:
They feel like they’re either too much…
or not enough in relationships.
Too emotional. Too intense. Too needy.
Or not lovable, not worthy, not interesting enough.
And here’s the part that surprises people…
These are smart, successful, self-aware adults.
They’ve read the books.
They understand attachment styles.
They KNOW what’s happening.
…but they still can’t stop the pattern.
Why?
Because this isn’t a mindset problem.
👉 It’s a nervous system pattern
It lives in your body, not just your thoughts.
That’s why:
• you overthink texts
• you feel anxious when someone pulls away
• you people please
• you shut down emotionally
And no matter how much you “understand it”… it keeps happening.
Real change happens when you stop trying to think your way out of it… and start learning how to regulate, feel, and embody something different.
