This event is quickly becoming a favorite at Yoga RX!!!

This 2 Hour event is packed with so much healing!

Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing and Acu-detox might be all that is in the title . . . But there is SO much more that goes into this event . . .

For starters, the connection and community . . .

Healing was never meant to be done alone . . .

Healing is better together 🙏🏻

In addition to all this, we also add in therapeutic touch, reiki, tuning forks, aromatherapy, flower essences, and a self-guided oracle card pulls!

These classes are limited to 10 people. We keep it small and sacred.

Plot your birth charts together and learn more about yourself AND each other ❤️ Learn the basics of the birth chart (sun, moon, rising, planets) and compare your chart to your partner's. See where there's synchronicity and where there might be challenges 🙏🏻

Then learn some ALL Levels partner yoga and breath techniques you can do together to deepen your connection to self and each other ❤️ These practices can be done alone or together to help you manage stress, calm the nervous system, stretch the body, and connect to self and/or your partner ❤️

And a Valentine's Day event wouldn't be complete without champagne and chocolate covered strawberries 🥂🍓

We will start by learning ways to connect with our partner using breath techniques and gentle, easy partner yoga poses with me (Tara) 😍

Then Alec will teach you some massage techniques you can utilize to deepen your connection and improve relaxation for each other ❤️
