Opening the curtains at Lymph Rehab.
Letting the Arizona sun in.
Honoring tonight’s new moon.

This pause is intentional.
Creating space in the body.
Creating space in the nervous system.
Creating space for the year ahead.

Grateful for every client who trusted us this year
from post surgical care and immune support
to scar healing, lymphedema care, and our breast cancer thrivers who are the heart of this work.

As a lymphatic therapy practice serving Arizona, we’re gently closing for the holidays to rest, reflect, and realign.

We’ll reopen in the new year refreshed and ready to serve.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 🤍

Your appointment holds more than care for your body.

It holds care for someone still finding their way back to theirs. 🤍

When you book with Lymph Rehab, a portion of your session helps provide free lymphatic care to a breast cancer survivor.

This is how healing travels.
From one body.
To another.

I’ve been smiling and in tears since Thursday.

So deeply grateful for the support Lymph Rehab is receiving and for how clearly the mission is landing in the hearts of those who want to support and be part of it.

It fills my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words. I’m genuinely excited to see how Lymph Rehab will continue connecting with our community in 2026.

Endless gratitude to the
Moon Valley Women’s Club
for truly seeing the vision behind the welcome kits.
And to the venue for opening their doors so generously and without hesitation. That kind of support means everything.

As the remaining items arrive and the final pieces come together, we’ll also be welcoming volunteers.

If you’d like to help, or if you’d love more details about the March wellness event, please reach out. I’d be so grateful to share more with you.

Thank you for believing in this work and in the healing power of community 🤍

This is why Lymph Rehab exists.

My journey as a breast cancer survivor showed me just how much care, support, and education is needed after treatment.

Every session, every class, every connection is about helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered on their healing journey. 🌿💛

Stage 3 breast cancer DCIS
4 different bags of chemo 18 rounds over a year
4 lymph nodes removed
double mastectomy and reconstruction
5 weeks of radiation 5 days a week

Every mission is powered by people, and I’m grateful to introduce the hearts behind Lymph Rehab.

This work has grown because of friendship, trust, and the shared belief that everyone deserves access to care and education that supports their healing.

Thank you for taking a moment to meet the women who help keep this vision moving forward.

Our board, our team, and our community all matter more than words can hold.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and for the impact we’ll continue to make together.

Step into the room with me for a moment.

Here’s a look inside a session at Lymph Rehab

where calming care meets educated, intentional touch.

My goal is always the same:

help you reconnect with your body, support your flow, and leave feeling lighter, supported, and at ease.

Here, education meets healing, and your wellness journey begins.

Trying something new with you today!
I’m always talking about breath work connection in our lymphatic sessions, so I figured it was time to actually show a few options.

Here’s Lion’s Breath 🦁

one of my favorites because it’s fun, freeing, a little awkward, and incredibly releasing. 😆

Also… this took me a few takes, so I can only imagine what my neighbors thought!

If you’ve ever tried it… what was your first reaction?
And if you haven’t
try it with me and tell me how it feels!

🚶‍♀️ Your lymph needs YOU to move it!

The lymphatic system relies on movement, breath, and gentle pressure to keep things tlowing.

Walking, rebounding, stretching, deep belly breathing—even dancing in your kitchen—can help flush out stagnant lymph and support your immune system.

How do YOU move your lymph?

Drop it in the comments-let’s share ideas and inspire each other to stay flowing
