Support after cancer isn’t one thing.
It’s layers.
For me, it looks like caring for the body that carried me through.
Scar therapy to soften what was held.
Manual lymphatic drainage to help my system move again.
But it’s also the parts people don’t always see.
Being in spaces where I don’t have to explain myself.
Being around people who understand without needing the full story.
Feeling connected again… to my body and to others.
Healing didn’t end when treatment did.
It just changed shape.
Support can look different in every season.
I’d love to hear what’s been helping you lately.
