🚶‍♀️ Your lymph needs YOU to move it!

The lymphatic system relies on movement, breath, and gentle pressure to keep things tlowing.

Walking, rebounding, stretching, deep belly breathing—even dancing in your kitchen—can help flush out stagnant lymph and support your immune system.

How do YOU move your lymph?

Drop it in the comments-let’s share ideas and inspire each other to stay flowing

RIGHT FOR YOU?

When you should wait to get a MLD massage
• You have an active infection. It will just help the infection spread

• You’ve been feeling heavy, bloated or swollen
• You’re getting sick easy, catching every cold and flu that comes around
• You have a chronic pain condition flaring, lymphedema, or lipedema

Lymphatic system checklist, what you can do to help

• Exercise, move your body to get your lymph system pumping

Did I just say lymphatic nodes?
Yep...
tongue-tied and all, but that’s real life so we’re rolling with it.

From one survivor to another... here’s the deal:
If you’ve had lymph nodes removed, you might be at risk for lymphedema.
That doesn’t mean it will happen, but it’s good to know the signs-like feeling a little fuller, tighter sleeves, or swelling in the arm, hand, or chest.

Be gentle with your arm
skip blood pressure cuffs and blood draws on that side, and don’t push into heavy lifting too fast. Movement is still your friend, just ease into it.

And don’t forget the basics-exercise, healthy habits, and seeing a lymphedema therapist early if anything feels off.
Compression sleeves and a little lymphatic massage can go a long way too.
We’ve already walked through so much, and this is just another piece of learning how to take care of ourselves.
You’ve got this, and you’re not alone.

At Lymph Rehab, healing goes beyond the massage table. 💚

Every session, donation, and act of support helps fund recovery for breast cancer survivors — creating a ripple of care that touches every client we serve.

We believe no one should walk this path alone. Together, we’re building a community where healing, education, and hope flow freely.

What you don’t always see:
the planning, the filming, the retakes, the laughs
and the moments in between when I questioned it all.

This was a huge step for me. I had never done anything like this before, but I knew Lymph Rehab needed to step up and truly show up for you.

There were so many times that day I thought, I don’t get how this is going to work or what’s the vision behind the camera?

But I kept reminding myself — trust the process. Let go. Keep going.

And seeing how much this content has touched people… hearing how it’s helped others connect to the mission… it made every uncertain moment worth it.

Because showing up — even when it’s uncomfortable — is part of growing. 💚

Thank you 🎙️ 🎥 for holding my hand and being patient with me
