Support after cancer isn’t one thing.
It’s layers.

For me, it looks like caring for the body that carried me through.
Scar therapy to soften what was held.
Manual lymphatic drainage to help my system move again.

But it’s also the parts people don’t always see.
Being in spaces where I don’t have to explain myself.

Being around people who understand without needing the full story.

Feeling connected again… to my body and to others.

Healing didn’t end when treatment did.
It just changed shape.

Support can look different in every season.
I’d love to hear what’s been helping you lately.

Swollen lymph nodes can feel alarming, but most of the time it’s your body doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

Those nodes are part of your immune system’s filtration process.
When they swell, it usually means they’re actively working to clear out bacteria, viruses, or inflammation. In other words, your body is responding and protecting you.

That said, support matters.

When the lymphatic system gets overloaded or sluggish, gentle lymphatic work can help encourage flow, reduce buildup, and bring things back into balance.

It’s not about forcing anything
it’s about guiding your body back to its natural rhythm.

If your body’s been asking for a reset, this is your sign to listen.

sharing is caring 🥰

Book your session and give your lymphatic system the support it’s been asking for 🤍

I had four lymph nodes removed
and I remember how quiet it felt after everything was “done”

No roadmap

no real conversation about what comes next

That’s why this matters
The long game deserves just as much attention as the diagnosis

Whether it’s 1 node or 10

your lymphatic system still needs support

Because removal doesn’t end with treatment
it’s something the body navigates every single day

Awareness isn’t about FEAR

it’s about giving people the tools and understanding they were never given

And that’s how we begin to change outcomes 💙

Every detail in this space was created with intention so people can slow down and feel supported.

I’m grateful for every person who walks through this door and allows me to be part of their lymphatic healing journey.

If your body has been asking for support, you’re always welcome here.

The lymphatic system isn’t one size fits all.

It responds differently in every body,

which is why the support it needs can vary depending on

surgery, stress, movement, inflammation, or where your body is in its healing process.

Standing here today,

I see how Lymph Rehab has grown into a space where others can find that same support.

Every session not only helps you care for your body, but also helps those at risk or living with lymphedema after breast cancer.

We all have a lymphatic system that deserves support, and together we’re building a community that cares.

Grateful for every person who walks through the door and every person who takes a moment to share their experience.

Dreams really do come true. 💫 ✨

For me, it happened on March 1st with Flow Into Wellness, an event I curated to support the lymphatic community.

The intention was simple.

Create a space where people could learn about the lymphatic system while caring for their bodies in a way that felt like an easy Sunday morning among friends.

Through
Lymphatic movement
Breathwork
Sound healing

Each experience supported the lymphatic system in its own way and reminded us that care can be gentle, simple, and powerful.

And the most beautiful part.

Together we raised enough funds to provide 14 Thriver Sessions.

Truly… this day still has me smiling on so many levels.

Grateful to everyone who showed up, and to those who couldn’t attend but still supported this vision.

💞 💕 🥰

2.5 days of all lymph talk
And
honestly I loved 🥰 every minute of it.

One thing that came up in a presentation was the role breath plays in moving lymph through the body.
Hearing breathwork discussed by surgeons and researchers was incredibly validating.

Also a book that breaks down the lymphatic system in such an easy and empowering way.

But what meant the most was being surrounded by so many people who truly have a heart for this population.

My lymph nerd cup is very full.

03/09/2026

Not even day one and I’m already in full lymph nerd mode.

I get 2.5 days surrounded by my people at POWER Lymphatics Conference
learning from surgeons, researchers, and clinicians who are pushing lymphatic care forward.

Safe to say… I’m exactly where I belong. 🫶

Soaking it all in so I can bring even better care back to our Lymph Rehab community.
