Your body is incredibly intelligent.

For many people, it does move lymph on its own.

But for many others it needs help to move the flow of lymph.

Experiences can create blockages that make it harder for the lymphatic system to move efficiently.

Surgery. Scars. Trauma. Chronic illness. Inflammation. Lymph node removal.

Manual lymphatic drainage is not about forcing detox or doing the body’s job for it.

It is gentle, intentional support that helps the system remember how to flow again.

Education, compassion, and skilled care matter.

Beet Juice ❤️
52 drinks in 2026

Beets are rich in antioxidants and nitrates that support circulation, liver function, and overall detox pathways which all play a supportive role in lymphatic health.

This year I’m focusing on one intentional drink a week as a simple way to nourish my body and support my lymphatic system from the inside out.

Would you try this one?
What’s your favorite way to enjoy beets?

DM me if you’d like the link for the book I got this recipe from

Breath of Joy ✨
Our lymphatic system relies on movement and breath to flow.

Deep, rhythmic breathing helps stimulate lymph circulation, supports detox pathways, and gently activates the nervous system to shift out of stress.

Breath of Joy is one of my favorite practices because it brings movement, expansion, and energy into the body in just a few minutes.

Have you tried this one?
What’s your go to breath practice?

Lymphatic care is not one-size-fits-all.

These offerings support drainage, scar mobility, facials, and deep abdominal flow to help your body feel lighter, calmer, and more supported.

We’re closing out the first month of the year the way our bodies and hearts deserve.

With reflection. With honor. With intention.

We’ll begin by connecting and reflecting together, then move into guided self manual lymphatic drainage to open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space to receive.

From there, you’ll be guided into a dream meditation where intention, visualization, and rest meet.

This is not a class.

It’s an experience.

A night of community, movement, vision, and dreaming.

A chance to soften, reset, and align with what’s next.

If your body is craving connection and your spirit is ready to dream forward, this is for you.

436 appointments with 107 different people in 2025.

35 of those sessions supported 19 breast cancer survivors through our THRIVER program.

I’m so grateful my appointment system sent me this year-in-review.
I really needed to see this.
For perspective.
For grounding.
For reassurance that the work is reaching the people it’s meant to.

Grateful for all the souls that came through lymph rehab and for all the lessons that 2025 has taught me.

I’m starting something new.
More nourishing drinks. More intention. More learning together.

Some recipes will support immune health. Some are inspired by breast cancer prevention and recovery. All of them are about caring for the body in small, doable ways.

I’m choosing one new recipe each week from the books collecting dust on my shelf and sharing it here for accountability.

This will be a learning curve as I figure out short videos and consistency. But I’m excited.

If this sounds fun or supportive to you, tell me. I’d love to make these together.

This year changed me.
The work changed me.
The women who trusted me with their bodies changed me.

I’m walking into the new year grounded, disciplined, and deeply committed to this path.

As a survivor.
As a practitioner.
As a woman who knows what it’s like to have to reconnect with your body again.

This space.
This work.
This community.
It’s personal.

I’m filled with gratitude for what has been and real excitement for what’s to come.

Thank you for being here, for seeing me, for choosing to heal alongside me.

Opening the curtains at Lymph Rehab.
Letting the Arizona sun in.
Honoring tonight’s new moon.

This pause is intentional.
Creating space in the body.
Creating space in the nervous system.
Creating space for the year ahead.

Grateful for every client who trusted us this year
from post surgical care and immune support
to scar healing, lymphedema care, and our breast cancer thrivers who are the heart of this work.

As a lymphatic therapy practice serving Arizona, we’re gently closing for the holidays to rest, reflect, and realign.

We’ll reopen in the new year refreshed and ready to serve.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 🤍
