My grandmother always said "traditions are the heartbeats of family."

After we lost her, we started something new:

• Sunday dinner with her favorite recipes
• Lighting a candle for her at holidays
• Sharing our favorite "Grandma stories"
• Planting flowers she loved each spring

These small rituals didn't erase our grief, but they gave it a home. They became our way of saying "you're still with us."

1️⃣ Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
2️⃣ Hold your breath for 4 seconds
3️⃣ Inhale deeply for 4 seconds

Repeat 4 times, focusing only on your breath, especially on the exhalation. This small act calms your nervous system and brings momentary peace.

1. Start with the prompt, "Right now, I feel ..."
No filter. Just truth. There is no right thing or wrong thing to write. Just go with what you feel right now.

2. Write "What I miss most is ..."
Let the memories flow.

3. Ask "What would make today more meaningful?"
Even small things count. Whatever you answer, be sure to ACT on it!

4. Explore "If my pain had a purpose ..."
This one changes everything.

Your words hold true POWER. They can turn loss into legacy.
