Hi everyone! I am excited to announce that I passed the American Certification Board of Reflexology Exam! Studying for the exam was a wonderful supplement to my original learning and I'm excited to continue to learn more throughout the years. A simple at-home exercises to strengthen your feet:
In the morning, even before going to the bathroom, I recommend flexing your feet by pulling your toes up toward your body. Then pretend your toes are a pencil, pointing them, and write out the alphabet. This will help to stretch and strengthen your toes and ankles before you need to use them.
