Today we’re celebrating one year with Tabitha Martin, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the heart, humor, and compassion she brings to our team. 💛

Tabitha’s journey began here in Arizona, where she earned her degree in Psychology and later her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She’s worked in a wide range of settings - from supporting adolescents transitioning out of foster care to providing behavioral health services, clinical assessments, and therapy for children, teens, and adults.

Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+-affirming care, drawing from feminist theory, attachment theory, and client-centered approaches. She’s also trained in Perinatal Mental Health and is dedicated to offering a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Tabitha, thank you for the compassion you bring to every session and every client. We’re so lucky to have you. 💛✨

🧡 Happy Thanksgiving 🌿

Gratitude can hold both joy and grief. Holding both appreciation for what we have and awareness of what’s been lost.

As we move through this season, take time to practice gratitude - not as a dismissal of hardship, but as a step toward healing for ourselves, our communities, and the histories that live within us.
