Here are a few gentle ways to reduce stress and nurture yourself today:
Pause and breathe. Take a few slow, intentional breaths, notice how your body feels with each exhale.

Step outside. A short walk or a few minutes in fresh air can shift your energy and calm your mind. 🌤️

Set gentle boundaries. It’s okay to say no or step back when you need rest.
