A Place All My Own Health Care is licensed by the State of Arizona Department of Health Services; our team of administrative and healthcare professionals are highly trained to understand the level of expertise needed to provide professional care for your loved ones. Under the direction of our Director of Operations and Director of Nursing, all staff work together with outside support staff to provide the healthiest environment possible for all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes habilitative therapies, special developmental skills, behavior intervention and sensorimotor development to encourage and enhance individual independent functioning skills.

Assists the floor nurse to provide exceptional care to the members of the home. This includes all aspects of care for the members and assisting the floor nurse(s) while they preform medical duties.

Assist the members in daily living activities, such as:

• Cleaning and chores on-site, including laundry

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Changing member diapers

• Preparing meals

• Feeding and assisting members in drinking

• Tracking food/drink input and output

• Perform routine tasks under the supervision of floor nurses

• Store and move supplies, notifying nurses when supplies are low

• Develop nurturing relationships with members

• Follows all policies and procedures for treatment planning and agency guidelines

• Attends mandated departmental meetings, and other instructional activities for the agency

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to change

We are looking for nurses to work in our medical residential homes for children and young adults. LVN and LNP preferred.

This is a great job that allows you to build relationships with our members. With a low patient to nurse ration (6:1), this makes for a slower pace than traditional settings.
