A special note from management at
ARIZONA PEDIATRICS
It is a priority to ensure the health and well-being of our patients and employees. With the global impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), and uncertainty we would like to assure the following :
We are Monitoring the situation.
We are monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Arizona Health Department daily .
We are Helping with prevention.
Our staff follows universal precautions daily.
We have increased our daily disinfectant routine and have implemented a more active sanitizing schedule in our common areas throughout the day.
CDC recommendations:
Practice good hygiene.
Avoid shaking hands with others.
If you develop a fever, it is recommended that you stay home for at least 24 hours after the fever is gone.
Cover your mouth or nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth to prevent unwanted germs from entering your system.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available use a hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol.
Know the signs.
COVID-19 symptoms can include respiratory symptoms, fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties and tiredness.
If you are experiencing the symptoms above or other concerning symptoms, please seek medical attention from your primary care physician or another licensed professional who specializes in viral infections.
We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and inform you of any updates and changes as they arise. Thank you for your support and cooperation during this time.
