Squaretadas
Ingredients
For the meat
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Mexican oregano
For the squaretadas
• Cut Da Carb wraps (cut into squares)
• avocado oil for frying
Toppings
• shredded lettuce
• diced tomato
• crumbled queso fresco
• pato sauce
• crema
• fresh cilantro
• diced onion
Instructions
• cook ground beef in a skillet
• add all seasonings and cook until browned
• cut cut da carb wraps into squares
• fry in avocado oil until crispy
• top with seasoned beef and toppings
