Quick ketone drink mix for an easy energy boost.
Ingredients
• 1 packet ketones
• cold water
• ice (optional)
Instructions
• add packet to water
• shake or mix well
• pour over ice if desired

Pumpkin Spice Latte Keto Chow Shake
Ingredients
• 1 packet pumpkin spice Keto Chow
• 1 cup cold coffee
• ½ cup ice
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• sugar-free whipped cream
• pinch cinnamon
Instructions
• add keto chow, cold coffee, ice, and heavy cream to blender
• blend until thick and creamy
• pour into a glass
• top with sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

• 1 shake

Easy Keto Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
• 1 keto sandwich thin bun (4 net carbs)
• 1 egg
• 1 sausage patty
• 1 slice cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• toast the keto sandwich thin
• cook sausage patty in a skillet until heated through
• fry egg in the same pan until fully cooked
• season egg with salt and pepper
• assemble with sausage, cheese, and egg on the toasted sandwich thin
Servings
• 1 sandwich

Roasted Asparagus Caprese
Ingredients
• 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb), ends trimmed
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup fresh mozzarella
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
• preheat oven to 400°F
• place asparagus and halved tomatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet
• drizzle olive oil over both
• season with salt and pepper
• roast for 10 minutes
• remove from oven and top asparagus with mozzarella
• return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts
• mix chopped basil into the roasted tomatoes
• spoon tomatoes over the asparagus
• drizzle with balsamic glaze

• 2 servings

Ingredients
For the meat
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Mexican oregano
For the squaretadas
• Cut Da Carb wraps (cut into squares)
• avocado oil for frying
Toppings
• shredded lettuce
• diced tomato
• crumbled queso fresco
• pato sauce
• crema
• fresh cilantro
• diced onion
Instructions
• cook ground beef in a skillet
• add all seasonings and cook until browned
• cut cut da carb wraps into squares
• fry in avocado oil until crispy
• top with seasoned beef and toppings

• about 4 servings

Peanut Butter Fluff 🥜🍫✨
Ingredients:
1 container (8 oz) Zero Sugar Cool Whip
½ cup peanut butter
Optional: 2 zero sugar peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions:
• Add peanut butter to Cool Whip
• Mix until smooth and fully combined
• Fold in chopped zero sugar PB cups (optional)
• Chill if desired & serve
Approx Macros Per Serving (½ cup – 1/8 recipe):
Without PB cups:
Net Carbs: ~3g
Calories: ~180
Fat: ~16g
Protein: ~5g
With PB cups mixed in:

Eggplant Refried Beans 🫘✨

Ingredients:
1 large eggplant, peeled & diced
4 slices bacon, chopped
½ small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Optional: splash heavy cream or broth

Instructions:
• Cook bacon until crispy, remove but keep grease
• Sauté onion + garlic in bacon grease
• Add eggplant, cook 8–10 minutes until soft
• Add spices + salt
• Mash until creamy
• Stir bacon back in & serve warm

Approx Macros Per Serving (½ cup):
Net Carbs: 2–3g
Calories: 85
Fat: 6g

Avocado Caprese Toast 🥑🍅✨
Who says keto can’t feel fresh and fancy?
Toast your favorite keto bread.
Smash fresh avocado on top.
Add a slice of deli mozzarella.
Layer sliced tomato.
Sprinkle chopped basil.
Drizzle olive oil.
Finish with a homemade balsamic glaze (optional).
Creamy. Bright. Salty. A little sweet.
Perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Juicy Air Fryer Pork Chops 🐷🔥
If your pork chops keep coming out dry… try this.
Pat them dry.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Salt both sides.
Sprinkle generously with seasoning of your choice.
I used my homemade smoky meat seasoning:
3 TBSP Smoked Paprika
3 TBSP Garlic Powder
3 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Thyme
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
Air fry at 375° for 5 minutes per side (flip halfway).
That’s it.
Juicy. Flavorful. Zero breading. Low carb. Simple weeknight win.
