The Summit Wellness Foundation was created with one goal in mind: making sure patients + families never feel alone in their time of need. 💜 As a registered 501(c)(3), it helps provide housing assistance, meals, equipment, medications, specialized services + aids those navigating hospice care. 💫 Through the generosity of our community (such as corporate donations, fund-raising events + in-memoriam contributions) we’ve been able to give back thousands of dollars in support to the families we serve.
