We’re offering two weekly in-person yoga classes to support your mental health and whole-body well-being — and we'd love to have you join us!

Our NEW Yoga for Mental Health class begins Thursday, February 16, alongside our regular Monday night class, giving you two opportunities each week to breathe, move, and reset.

Through intentional movement, breath-work, and mindfulness, yoga helps regulate stress, calm anxiety, improve sleep, build strength and flexibility, and support a more resilient nervous system. Most of all, it offers space to reconnect with yourself in a welcoming, supportive community.

We had such an amazing morning at the Slow Your Roll Chi Yoga Hike at Lost Dutchman State Park. What an awesome group of ladies!

Thank you to everyone who showed up. We hope you learned something new to take home with you and that you gained some beautiful treasures from slowing down, being present, and practicing mindfulness through chi walking/hiking, qigong, yoga, meditation, and mindful eating.
