Our Support Specialist Rosita brings a wealth of ancilliary healthcare experience to our team. A certified caregiver, Rosita is the calm and reasonable bilingual voice in the storm. Having worked in various roles across multiple disciplines, she excels at coordinating referrals, following-up for continuity of care, and powering through any to-do list.

Outside of the office, Rosita is mom to teenage boys, and primary caregiver to her mom and disabled brother. An avid baker and home cook,

Meet The Team!

Our Licensed Dispensing Optician (AZ-LDO) Shelby is a fresh transplant from Nebraska and now calls Glendale home. Shelby comes to us with both corporate and private practice experience, both here in Phoenix and back home in Nebraska. With a decade in eyecare, Shelby is the newest member of the team and brings a fresh perspective to the clinic.

Outside of the office, Shelby is mom to a large blended family with 6 littles under 10 years old, and a dog named Xena. Musically inclined, she plays clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, flute, and piano. You can often find her curled up with a good book. Recently engaged, her current hobby is planning the 2026 wedding.

Our Optical Superhero Liz is originally from Houston, Texas and has been in AZ for most of her life, proudly calling Phoenix home. She received her America Board of Opticianry cerfitication in 2010, and her AZ Dispensing Optician license in 2014. Having worked both for corporate health systems, and high-end private practice, she brings style and fashion-forward expertise to the clinic.

Mom to two adult kids, stepmom to three more, and pet mom to a snake and two bully breed pups, Liz can be found serving fierce looks while decorating for spooky season year-round.

-Rubber chickens are a way of life
-Went to college for fashion design & graduated validictorian
-Collects eyewear themed decor

Originally from SoCal, our Patient Consierge Angelina has lived in Phoenix for most of her life. She started working as an optical assistant in the early 2000's and hasn't left since. Known for her infectious laugh and ability to make anyone and everyone smile, Angelina is the life and heart of the clinic.

Outside of the office, Angelina can be found cooking up a storm, playing spades or dominos with her family, and pampering her fur-baby Jax, a min-pin.

A few fun facts:
-Can turn anything into a dance party, even an eye exam
-Loves a good surf&turf

Meet The Team!

Originally from New York, our Practice Administrator/Office Manager Andee has lived all over, including Ixtapa, Guerrero, Mexico, and now proudly calls Phoenix home. In 2005, she received her BS/MS in Healthcare Administration and Hospital Management from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx. She became an American Board of Opticianry Certified Optician in 2010. She spent the last 7 years as a practice management consultant helping revitalize long-standing practices and guiding new practices on the path to growth and excellence.

Andrea’s love of vision care extends beyond the office—she volunteers with the Eye Dog Foundation for the Blind, socializing and training guide dog puppies. She is also a member of the American Legion Auxilliary, supporting our service members and veterans. She's especially passionate about accessability, and enclusivity, wanting all of our patients to feel safe, supported, and heard 🏳️‍🌈♿️
