ABOUT LAST NIGHT.....

Our vision for Frida’s Garden is to add value to the community through art, wellness programs, and a focus on education regarding social determinants of health (SDOH). We believe all individuals have the right to flourish in their communities.
As part of our commitment, we've launched initiatives like Salud y Arte, where bilingual healthcare providers and educators engage with the community on health topics. Last night, we hosted a Salud y Arte session discussing heart health, health equity and access to care.
Our guest speakers were Dr. Yesenia Ochoa and Xochitl Landeros, APRN, MSN, FNP-C.

What sets Frida’s Garden apart is our mindfulness and intentionality. We strive to meet people where they are, embracing inclusivity in all aspects of our work. Our doors are open to anyone in need, of social determinants of health resources including support to access care and connect with culturally competent healthcare providers.
