** Vulnerable Post**
Here is my before and after but truly it's a starting photo and a work in progress photo.
The woman on the left is still happy, blessed, and grateful for this life. But, on the inside, hating how she looked and uncomfortable in her body. It was hard to get up and chase my kids. I felt uncomfortable sitting in public, riding rides at disney, and sitting on an airplane... it made me sad.
The woman on the right is happy, blessed, and grateful but thoroughly enjoys life and the freedoms that come with being lighter and feeling better.
Guys.. this journey is super hard but so worth it.
What am I doing?
-injectable weight loss meds every other day in a microdose protocol
-NAD+ injections 3 days/week [before strength training]
-BPC-157 for muscle repair and muscle gains
-Hormone therapy: thyroid optimization, testosterone, progesterone
-Supplements: Vit D, methylated vitamins, omega vitamins, hair vitamins, low dose naltrexone
-Exercise: lifting HEAVY 3 days/week at AfterIt, walking 1-2 days per week
-Nutrition: high protein, still enjoying my life, and working with my awesome macro coach, Rochelle.
Is it a lot, sure. Is it worth it, absolutely!
