Chicken crusted pizza
Protein packed!!

INGREDIENTS - CHICKEN CRUST
450g ground chicken
2 large eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

TOPPINGS
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozarella cheese
20 turkey pepperoni slices
DIRECTIONS -
1) Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
1. In a large bowl mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
3) Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle. You want it thin or else it will have a hard time getting crispy.
4) Pop it in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Let it rest for 5 minutes to set.
Send
5) Crank the oven up to 425°F.
Spread on your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
6) Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
7) Let it cool slightly, then dig in
and enjoy every crispy, cheesy bite!
