NHW Community Health Center is opening our new Pharmacy next Monday, December 1! All are welcome and it is fast and easy to use! NHW Community Health Center will be open Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. AHCCCS, KidsCare, Medicare Part D, and most commercial insurance plans accepted. Discount program available for those who qualify.

NHW Community Health Center is located at 8800 N. 22nd Avenue in Phoenix. This is one block south of Dunlap off 22nd Avenue.
