Sustainable results take time and consistency. It’s tempting to fall for the quick fix gimmicks, but if you want to make lifelong changes you must put in the work.

Here’s how Georgia is achieving her health goals:

1. We identified her goals and set realistic expectations.

2. We set up a plan that she could follow through with, keeping in mind that she has a busy career and many family obligations.

3. She executed the plan as best she could day after day, knowing that there would be obstacles to overcome along the way.

4. She trusted the process, even on those weeks when the number on the scale didn’t move.

Georgia is doing it the right way and she’s doing it with a positive attitude and beaming smile. I’m excited to watch her continue with her success.

Where do I begin…?

I guess today is as good a day as any to talk about the health benefits of CBD. 💨

This is straight out of Harvard Medical School, so I’m fairly confident we can trust it.

CBD (which stands for cannabidiol) has been reported to relieve insomnia, anxiety, spasticity and pain. This extract has even been used to treat life-threatening conditions such as epilepsy. One particular form of epilepsy called Dravet syndrome is almost impossible to control, but responds dramatically to a CBD-dominant strain of ma*****na called Charlotte’s Web. 🕸️

I’m so fortunate that I have the ability to work with clients from all over the world. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people in Singapore, Australia, Mexico and all across the US. This forces me to learn more about different cultures and cuisine. It makes me a better coach. It allows me to try new foods and ingredients from around the world. I can’t wait to see where this journey brings me next!
