I wanted to share a small win in my healing journey. 🤍

Over the past couple of months, I started using Silver Fern Brand Liver Complex, and I’m genuinely encouraged by the results. My most recent labs showed a noticeable drop in some of my inflammation markers — something I’ve been actively working toward for a while.

As someone who pays close attention to functional labs, I know inflammation doesn’t shift overnight. For me, this has been about supporting my body gently and consistently — especially my liver, which plays such a critical role in detoxification, immune regulation, and overall metabolic health.
