Just wanted to share the second intensive hosted in the office. This was a great group! We are taking a break for the summer, however, we will be back on track for an October Intensive (10/9-10/11). Grief comes in many different shapes and forms. Let us know if you or anyone you know would benefit from these group intensives!

Valentine's Day is a day to remember all those we love that have gone before us. Grief can increase for some of us during this time. I wanted to share this poem I wrote of love and hope. Love is eternal. Gigi

The Light

I was lost.
Wondering in a mist of pain,
heart pounding,
signaling my awareness,
my knowing,
that something had shifted,
without you,
without your
touch, laugh,
proximity.
Yet, the clouds broke,
showing light beyond the mist,
bringing gifts of hope that
showered my despair.
Holding you tight in my mind and heart,
memories, laughter, connection,
blanketing me with comfort,
nourishing my soul and
illuminating the
gifts you've left me.
