No one should have to choose between their health and safety.

Refugees and immigrants, especially undocumented immigrants, face significant barriers to health care access, including reproductive health care. Planned Parenthood Arizona is committed to providing services to everyone regardless of s*xual orientation, gender identity or expression, or immigration status.

If ICE, CBP, or other law enforcement enters a healthcare center, remember you still have rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, no matter your immigration status. You and all patients have a constitutional right to remain silent, and cannot be required to answer questions. You also have the constitutional right to contact an attorney.

Healthcare is a human right.
