💟 Arizona courts just cleared a MAJOR path for patients seeking abortion care 💟

On Feb. 6, 2026, an Arizona court struck down restrictions that conflicted with the abortion rights voters approved under Prop 139 — reaffirming the protections patients rely on.

Patients no longer have to wait 24 hours after consulting a provider, removing a barrier to time‑sensitive care. The court also lifted the ban on telemedicine for prescribing abortion medication, expanding access for people who need it most.

These rulings honor what Arizonans affirmed in 2024: abortion is a fundamental right, and patients deserve care without unnecessary obstacles. 🩵
