Happy Holidays to Everyone!! 2023 just flew by and it was quite the bumpy ride so I have LOTS to be grateful for but like every year, nothing reminds me more of how fortunate I am than the people that are in my life ... from close friends that have become family, to my actual family, to my friends back in Canada and those that live in others states (who are also considered family), to my clients and students that are so wonderful to the point that work never feels like work, especially when teaching yoga!!! I hope next year will open even more opportunities to grow and thrive!
