Then hop off the bike and move into a sculpt session focused on strength, toning and controlled burn using light weights and bodyweight exercises.
Expect cardio, strength, and a full-body shake. All in one efficient, sweaty class. Perfect when you want it all.
What you need: Spin shoes and a yoga mat (rentals available)

A 45 minute, full body workout focused on core strength, control, and alignment. This low impact class uses precise, intentional movements to build deep abdominal strength, improve posture, and create long, lean muscle tone.
Expect a steady, challenging flow that targets the core, glutes, arms, and inner thighs while emphasizing breath and stability. You will leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.
