Our Kiwanis Aktion Club Members already have a long list of service projects lined up for 2026! For us, volunteering & supporting the community is more than just another activity; it's how friendships grow, skills are developed, confidence builds, and community truly comes to life.🤝

We are incredibly grateful for the partners who continue to open their doors and welcome our Members in making the world a better place!

Population - 6, memories made - countless.
Our Members recently saddled up for a trip to Tortilla Flat, the oldest operating stagecoach town in Arizona. Nestled in the Superstition Mountains, this historic stop on the Apache Trail offered our crew a taste of Arizona’s rich past, a bite of local flavor , and a chance to leave a mark (check out our dollar bill on the wall)! From exploring ghost town stories to soaking in desert views, just another day at the Tree-wild wild west style! 🤠🌵

Our Tree Fort Members are doing more than just filling time after school; we're building confidence, discovering our strengths, preparing for real employment opportunities, and crushing the afternoons! Through hands-on activities, community outings, unique experiences, and career exploration days, our Members practice independence and start imagining what’s possible after high school each & every day. 💚

Clear skies and curious minds! ☁️🧠

Our Avondale Members took flight (on land!) with a visit to the Pima Air & Space Museum Pima Air and Space Museum ✈️, one of the largest aviation museums in the world! From historic warplanes to a retired Air Force One jet, our crew explored decades of aviation history and innovation up close. Wheels up!

Big news, big moves! 💪
We're officially launching our adaptive fitness classes with Special Strong in our EōS Fitness Fireslammers Fitness Center! Thanks to a generous grant from Jack Ingebritson Foundation, we are transforming our regular gym sessions into structured, specialized, & focused fitness training every Monday and Thursday for our Members of all abilities & all ages. Fireslammers up!! 🏋️🌳🔥

This past holiday season, the brought a ton of cheer, companionship, and some gifts straight out of Santa's bag to our Cavalier and Montebello homes 💝!! The Kearney Foundation spends every holiday season sharing time with, and spreading cheer to, our most underserved communities and this year's visit to our Community Living homes meant everything🎄💛.

Thank you Kearney Foundation for taking time during the busy holiday season to be with our Members and for your continued commitment to giving back. Moments like these remind us how powerful community truly is. 🌳💖 See you again later this year!

Our Members had an awesome time volunteering at the Arizona Science Center today as part of their Aktion Club service! From winter scent experiments to supporting young learners, they brought curiosity, care, and leadership to every moment.

We’re proud to be part of the Kiwanis International Aktion Club community, empowering adults with disabilities to lead through service.

🎅 A weekend of community, support, & holiday magic at Jewel’s Café! 🎄 This past Sunday, our 'All I Want for the Holidays is a Job' fundraising campaign capped off with the annual Breakfast with Santa, a tremendous holiday raffle, live music, our Aktion Club Members, over the top community vibes, & plenty of Jewel's Café goodness 🎁.
