BIG NEWS Metta! 🗞️🗞️

Starting NEXT Tuesday you can join Kris for a one hour, Grounded Vinyasa flow - all levels! 12pm!

A steady, thoughtfully paced vinyasa flow designed to help you feel like yourself again. This weekly class blends mindful movement, intentional breath, and subtle wisdom to support the nervous system while gently building strength and ease.

We hope to see you there, we’re so happy to have Kris on the schedule!

The most beautiful celebration last Friday at the studio. 🎄💚

We had an art reception with showing us her new ceramics. 😍 Followed by a beautiful general flow led by along with Kurt playing acoustic! What a treat.

One of the best things? Being able to surprise Zuzana. To know her is to love her. Her dedication and support to the Metta community is unmatched.

Erica’s been practicing for over 5 years, and we’re lucky to have her talents at the studio! What drew her to Metta? The yoga traditions we hold close. 💚

Outside the studio? Erica loves to travel & spend time in nature with her husband, taking photos of anything & everything, trying new workouts & being a mom to 4 furry boys: Charlie, Chance, Moo & Owen

Our classes provide a true mind body connection. Expect to leave Erica’s class feeling refreshed, with that floating post yoga feeling after a full savasana. ☁️

Shoutout to our own Dan Crowley! He’s a regular at some of our Metta classes. 🥳

Paradise Valley, PV Police, and many others stepped in to raise funds and awareness during the Over The Edge event for Special Olympics.

Dan is also the Town Resident Police Volunteer at 82 years young, Dan proved age is just a number when it comes to conquering fears.

Way to go Dan!
