Join us for a soul nourishing Yoga Flow class as we align with the blossoming energy of the Flower Moon. Symbolizing renewal and growth, this full moon invites inner balance and healing. 🌕

We'll close with crystal singing bowls to deepen your sense of harmony.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class will leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and in harmony with the natural rhythms of the moon. ✨
