Congrats to Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center Membership & Rentals Manager Robert Reed for being recognized by Honoring America's Veterans for his work helping the organization with the 2025 Veterans Day Parade!

Robert has worked behind the scenes to ensure pre-parade meetings go off without a hitch over the past couple of years.

“I thought that Robert was deserving of his work in helping," Stuart Burns, who awarded Robert with the honor on Wednesday, said. "It wasn’t even a discussion. It was like ‘Let’s go ahead and do it because he has done such a great job for us.”

"I was very surprised. I had no idea," Robert said of the recognition. "You do your job every day, and you never expect to be recognized like this. It feels really good. It’s nice to know I am doing a good job and being recognized for it.”

Shout out to all the teams and athletes who competed at the 2025 Duel in the Desert Presented by Bank of America last weekend!

The three-day showcase featured youth and adult wheelchair basketball, power soccer, wheelchair rugby, and performances from the Ability360 Cheer and Dance team.

Thanks to the rest of our event sponsors, the Barrow Neurological Foundation, Fennemore Foundation, Fiesta Bowl, Lerner and Rowe Gives Back, and Waymo, for their support of adaptive athletics.
