This Phoenix AZ patient had saline implants above the muscle for many years. She was unhappy with the extensive rippling present as well as the significant palpability of her implants.

She also didn’t like that they were so low on her torso and out toward her armpits. She is extremely active however and wanted to maintain her implants above the muscle. She underwent an implant exchange using highly cohesive gel silicone implants as well as closing of her implant pockets in the bottom and outer portions to reposition them as seen here.

With the highly cohesive gel implants there is minimal rippling and her breasts feel much softer. She loves her new breasts!
