I want to let you know that, beginning May 1, 2026, my session and service prices will be increasing. This is the first time I’ve adjusted my rates since before COVID, and it reflects the growth of my work, the depth of care I bring to each session, and the rising costs of running my practice.

Anything you’ve already purchased, whether it’s gift certificates, programs, or packages, will absolutely be honored at the original price. You’ll still be able to schedule and use them just as you always have.

If you’ve been thinking about booking sessions or investing in a package or program, now is a beautiful time to do so, before prices go up. You’re welcome to purchase at the current rates before the increase takes effect on May 1. Gift certificates can be used for future sessions, so you don't have to book now and use them whenever you'd like.

Did you know that emotions are literally energy in motion? They're bioelectric currents that surge through the body in response to something. It could be a response to what's happening in the moment, a trigger created from something we experienced in the past, and even a genetically held program that’s been passed down to us from our ancestors. Trauma is a BIG emotional energy generator, and we can often create blocks and triggers when we experience it.

I often get asked if I do intuitive readings, and my answer has always been that I only offer them within a healing session. For the past seven years, my focus has been on energy work—but lately, I’ve been feeling the call to offer more intuitive support.

As many of you know, I dealt with cancer a couple of years ago. One of the decisions that I made was to undergo a double mastectomy without reconstruction. Once I went into remission, I spent a lot of time dealing with body image issues, as well as being upset with my body for "failing" me. It was a great opportunity for me to walk my talk and go much deeper with my healing process.

All of us, especially as we age, deal with changes to our physical form-weight gain or loss, illness, surgery, skin ageing, to name a few- that can be incredibly challenging. Choosing to embrace and accept these changes is not always easy.

I've been using Internal Family Systems (IFS) for self-healing for years, and one of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to access true Self energy.

When I first started playing with this modality, I struggled with a hypercritical part of me taking over, giving me an incredibly hard time. Other times, a well-meaning, healer-type part with an agenda would show up pretending to be Self energy. While this part had good intentions, its decisions often stemmed from fear or a desire to suppress my emotions.

It took time, patience, and practice to discern when I was genuinely in Self energy—a state of calm, clarity, and compassion—and when it was just another part of me stepping in. This awareness has been transformative in my healing journey.

This week, Roman and I watched an old British reality series about mediums, and it got me thinking about how varied beliefs about the spirit realm really are. Even within spiritual communities, there is so much disagreement about what the afterlife is like and it's fascinating to see how contentious those conversations can get!

Interestingly, this is one of the main arguments skeptics use to dismiss psychic abilities. They ask, “If mediums could actually communicate with spirits, wouldn’t they all describe the afterlife the same way?” The diversity of ideas within the community leads skeptics to believe that mediums must be making it all up.

As many of you know, healing is such a multidimensional journey. It’s not just physical, but mental, spiritual, and energetic too. Over the years, I’ve offered different approaches to healing, from energy work to hypnotherapy and life coaching, but I've always felt like the mental component of this was missing.

I started exploring Internal Family Systems (IFS) about four or five years ago to use for my own mental wellness. During my intensive healing process last year, IFS became a key part of my journey back to wholeness.

I’ve spent the past year diving deep into IFS, and what started as personal growth has evolved into something I want to offer to others. Today I’m officially launching IFS Coaching as a service! While I’m still practicing energy work, I’m so excited about this new path and the chance to help people in a fresh, meaningful way.

Animals are amazing in their ability to heal from a traumatic experience, illness, or injury, and move on. I've had people call me from the vet in a last-ditch attempt to help their pet instead of putting them to sleep, and the animal walked out of the office like they'd never been sick.

​I've worked with many animals who suffer from severe PTSD from abuse, neglect, natural disasters like hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes, and the loss of an owner. The anxiety, fear, and depression that is often the result of these situations can cause behavioral issues to the point where some owners have to make the difficult decision of surrendering their animal, and/or even putting them down.
