Tania — Patient Services & Call Center
2 years with Horizon. She wears many hats and steps in to translate across departments whenever needed. Also known for her award-worthy homemade banana bread!
Ashlyn — Ophthalmic Assistant (COA)
With 1.5 years at Horizon and 12 years of experience overall, Ashlyn is currently working toward her COT. She also collects license plates from all over the country.
Jillian — Ophthalmic Technician
8 years with Horizon and 20 years in the field, Jillian is a wealth of ophthalmic knowledge who loves teaching others. She also creates beautiful handmade earrings.
Miguel — Ophthalmic Technician
1.5 years with Horizon. Miguel loves the outdoors, traveling, and telling a good fishing story.
Jess — Patient Services & Call Center
Over a year with Horizon, Jess supports our call center and patient services teams. She’s a dedicated sports mom and loves playing volleyball.
Nick — Ophthalmic Technician
8 years with Horizon and 10 years as a tech, Nick brings experience and excellent patient care. He also loves traveling and enjoying great wine.
Regina — Patient Services & Onboarding Coach
With 13 years at Horizon, Regina supports patient services and welcomes new hires. A Phoenix native, she enjoys local history, mystery books, nature walks, art museums, and community theater.
