Kendra Laguna After walking many paths in life, I have found a place of peace and balance helping other achieve the same with energy work and hypnotherapy.

With education in many modalities I use my intuitive gifts to give my clients the best possible course of healing First and foremost, thank you for "liking" my page. I created this space to help guide people to connect mind, body and spirit. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Intuitive Counselor, Medium... My Story

First and foremost, thank you for "liking" my page. I created this space to help guide people to expand, learn and share all things mind, body & Spirit. I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist and I have a few other tricks up my sleeve... I am here to help people live a happier, healthier more holistic life.

To make a (very) long story short my journey with Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy and overall, a more holistic driven lifestyle began as far back as I can remember. Since I was 6 years old I knew that I was different; yet I was unsure how to articulate it at such a young age.
