Late pregnancy already puts a real demand on your body. Blood volume is higher, sleep is lighter, energy is lower, and your body is actively preparing for birth, even when it doesn’t look like much is happening on the outside 🤍

So if you’re heavily pregnant this winter and finding it harder to keep up with everything, that’s not a personal failure. It’s your body doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

This season isn’t the time to push through exhaustion or overcommit. Rest, lower stress, and support in the final weeks of pregnancy aren’t luxuries — they help your body prepare for labor and recovery 💛

If you can, let someone else handle the plans. Say no more often. Ask for help when you need it. And feel free to share this with anyone who might need to hear it ✨

If you want to make your birth room feel calmer and more comfortable, a diffuser can be such a game-changer. A few oils are especially helpful during labor because they support relaxation and steady breathing in a really natural way.

Lavender is the go-to for most moms. It helps your whole body soften so you can settle into a good rhythm.

Clary Sage is amazing when you need to feel grounded and work with your contractions instead of tensing up.

Frankincense gives this peaceful, focused vibe that’s perfect when things get intense.

Peppermint can help if you’re feeling nauseous or just need a little fresh, cooling lift.

Orange or other citrus oils add a bright, happy boost when you need a mood shift. 🍊

Everyone has different preferences, so try a couple ahead of time and bring the ones that make you feel the most calm and centered. It’s a simple way to make your birth space feel warm, supportive, and very “you.” ✨

We have an essential oil diffuser you can use during your birth, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you have a favorite.

As you enter the final weeks of pregnancy, your body is working beautifully to prepare for birth.
One of the little things we love to give our Blossom moms is this herbal tea blend made with red raspberry leaf, nettles, and oatstraw.

These herbs have been used for generations to offer gentle nourishment and support as birth approaches. It’s our small way of helping you feel cared for during the final stretch. 🌿✨️
