Some sexual health stigmas are long overdue for retirement (are we right?!). Outdated beliefs, shame, and misinformation only make it harder for people to take care of themselves. The truth of the matter is... sexual health is just health, and it deserves to be talked about openly, honestly, and without judgment! The next time someone says these things, tell them otherwise.
