I have a background in nursing for over 30 years, but became disenchanted with the western medicine model. I was drawn to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition one year ago and am now a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Practitioner. In basic terms, I want to help women or men who find themselves at a crossroads in life; maybe you're approaching 40 and feel like you've lost your zest for life? Perhaps you have 20 pounds you'd like to lose, or wish you had more energy. I can provide you with the tools to find ways to increase your energy, achieve better physical health and unlock yourself from patterns that have you stuck. On a deeper level, I hope to help women specifically that are dealing with issues that have left them feeling stuck or less than empowered to move forward to being the best they can be. 60 g (2.25 oz/ 1/2 cup) walnuts
50 g (1.75 oz/ 1/2 cup) flaked almonds
75 g (2.75 oz/ 1/2 cup) pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
40 g (1.5 oz/ 1/4 cup) sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder

3 eggs
2 egg whites
90 g (3.25 oz) butter or coconut oil, melted
