Meet the Teacher!

Meet Aubrey Mayre! We are thrilled to welcome Aubree as one of Yoga's Arc's newest instructors!

Aubree fearlessly dove into serving in our behavioral health programs, and her loving and intuitive gifts have become invaluable in these vulnerable environments. We we so grateful for her and excited to witness her teaching journey in these important programs.

A Little Bit About Aubree...

Aubree holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from ASU. With a lifelong passion for education and movement, Aubree found her outlet in exercise and playing outdoors, making bodily-kinesthetics her main intelligence. After earning her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), she is now deepening her knowledge with her 300-hour YTT through Yoga’s Arc.

Aubree created her business, Radiate From Within, to empower and support others in self-advocacy, an approach based on her own life experiences.

In addition to yoga, her specialties include Reiki and Essential Oil Wellness. Her teaching specializations are broad, including children's, all levels, family, trauma-informed yoga, and yoga for mental health.

In her spare time, you can find her playing outside, reading, studying, cooking/baking, or taking a nap, often accompanied by her three children. Her goal is to experience all the things in all the places.

Aubree is grateful for finding her place through yoga and feels honored to work with Yoga’s Arc as both a professional and a student. She believes this supportive environment is where she will flourish in her career and life.

Happy Sunday,

How do you contribute to something bigger? "Before giving, the heart rejoices. During giving, the heart is purified. After giving, the heart is satisfied." — The Buddha

There’s a unique joy in giving, a feeling that often surpasses the joy of receiving. Giving transforms lives and fulfills a need within us as well. Of course, where we are in life shapes how we experience this balance between giving and receiving—and how comfortable we feel asking for help when we need it.

Life is a series of give-and-take exchanges, and awareness of this rhythm can help us find clarity: where we’re meant to give and where we’re meant to receive. Sometimes, we give too much in certain relationships, leaving us drained. Setting healthy boundaries is essential to avoid one-sided giving.

However, when we find ourselves giving in ways that feel genuinely fulfilling—whether it’s donating to a favorite cause, volunteering, or sharing a skill with someone in need—that’s often where we’re truly meant to contribute.

It’s also vital to remember that asking for help is equally important. It takes humility and courage to reach out, to recognize when we need support, and to be open to receiving it. Next time you hesitate to ask for help, remember how good it feels to give—and that others may want to experience that same joy in supporting you.

We’re here to support you on your yoga journey!

Blessings,

Kary Sinkule, CEO & Founder of Yoga's Arc

Meet the Teacher!

It's our absolute pleasure to introduce a vibrant new member of the Yoga's Arc family, Dhyan Jaijeet! We can't wait for her to share her unique gifts, deep passion, and enriching experience with all of our communities. Please join us in giving Dhyan the warmest possible welcome!

Here's a little bit about Dhyan...

Dhyan Jaijeet (Julie) is a French-born, trilingual (French, Spanish, and English) teacher, artist, and mother of four-year-old twin boys. She moved to Phoenix three years ago and is a 220-hour certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor.

With over 20 years of experience as an art administrator and educator, she has worked with special populations and brought the arts into healthcare across Europe, South America, and the USA.

In 2020, after a traumatic postpartum experience where Kundalini Yoga became a true lifeline, Julie dedicated her life to teaching. She brings gentleness and simplicity to her classes, focusing on helping people relax and develop subtle inner strength. She enjoys blending the arts with yoga to increase participants' self-awareness through creative expression.

When she's not meditating, making art, or enjoying leisure time with her family, she loves to curl up in bed with a good fiction novel.

11/02/2025

Happy Sunday,

“When another person makes you suffer, it is because he suffers deeply within himself, and his suffering is spilling over. He does not need punishment; he needs help. That's the message he is sending.” ― Thich Nhat Hanh

Thich Nhat Hahn could not have been more accurate. It is so hard to see other people's actions and words as their own suffering spilling over vs a personal attack against ourselves. It is easy to feel offended and want to retaliate in some way.

When we see someone harm someone else, it takes a non-judgmental mind to be able to look within the person harming and asking, "What suffering is or did that person endure in order to harm someone else?"

All human beings are carefully taught. Some are carefully taught to love, and some are carefully taught to hate. When we see someone suffering, we can take a moment to see that maybe they are truly suffering and help by responding with a smile, forgiveness or a prayer. These are small ways that we can get our ego out of the way and help people versus adding to their suffering. This doesn't mean that we drop our boundaries and let others harm us. It just means that we can contribute to bringing more peace to people's lives than more suffering.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message, so that you can join us in creating more peace in our world.

Blessings,

Kary Sinkule, CEO & Founder of Yoga's Arc

My daily yoga practice is like my: workout, breath work, meditation, therapy, time with God, chiropractor, massage, and mood enhancer all in one... skipping my practice not only prevents me from receiving all these miracles, it also prevents me from being a better person and leader for all those that are counting on me for support and growth on their spiritual journey in helping others through teaching YOGA.

Yoga is our channel to all things beautiful, it is not the end result or a religion. It is the path to all answers, because it helps us quiet our minds so we hear from our higher power.

Think about it... when you have 15 things going at the same time actively in your day and mind, there is no time to hear what our answers are...

Yoga daily cannot make any promises as far as a final destination, but what promises can come true are the beautiful miracles we witness along the way.

Let us help you get to your yoga mat, we can't wait to see what miracles come your way too!

Tired of the hustle? The secret to sustainable high performance isn't non-stop motion—it's intentional stillness.

At Yoga's Arc, we show teams how to reclaim their energy with the Power of the Pause. This is inspired by simple yoga wisdom: be firm, yet relaxed.

How to Practice the Pause at Work:

1. Stand up for two minutes between meetings.

2. Anchor your feet firmly during a stressful call.

3. Take a 30-second breath and posture check.

These small pauses recenters your focus and counters burnout from constant screen time.

We bring these vital tools right to your team, in-person or virtually!

Yoga’s Arc

We were born out of a passion for outreach. After practicing yoga for the last 20 years, Kary Sinkule began wondering how she could bring yoga to those who need it most- the overworked, the unable, and the under-served. To reach these people, convenience was the name of the game. The movement had to be fueled by flexibility and a willingness to join people in every step of the journey. So we thought outside the four walls of our studio and created Yoga's Arc.

A year later, we're even more energized to keep changing the mindset of what yoga can look like. To us, yoga looks like coworkers sharing in morning rejuvenation. Yoga looks like a healing breakthrough for a stroke survivor in her own living room. Yoga looks exactly how you envision it. With more than 20 instructors across the Valley, we're growing fast, and we're excited to meet you wherever you are in your yoga journey.
