What you and your child eat in the morning set a tone for your entire day. A quick breakfast— cereal, toast, muffins, donuts, or something grab-and-go— can spike sugar fast… and then drop it just as quickly. This crash option shows up as difficulty focusing, mood swings, or irritability, low energy by mid-morning, in trouble retaining information. This is biology. The brain needs steady fuel to function well. Even small shifts— like adding protein, healthy fats, or balancing carbohydrates— can make a noticeable difference in how you and your child feel and perform. "Empowering Our Youth: Addressing Mental Health Challenges and the Power of Mindset Coaching"

Did you know that millions of children in the United States are struggling with emotional issues like depression, severe anxiety, and bullying? According to recent data:

🔹 Around 3.2 million adolescents aged 12 to 17 had at least one major depressive episode in 2020 (Source: National Institute of Mental Health).

🔹 Approximately 7.1% of children aged 3-17 have been diagnosed with anxiety (Source: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

🔹 Shockingly, 19% of high school students report being bullied on school property (Source: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

These statistics highlight the urgent need for us to address mental health challenges among our youth. Consider mindset coaching as a first step in addressing these issues.
