🌞 Hello friends! 🌞
I realized I’ve never actually said hello here. I just got back from Breckenridge, feeling so grateful for time with family and the beauty of the mountains. That sense of renewal is exactly what I hope to offer in the spaces I create here in Phoenix.
I’m a healing practitioner (massage, yoga nidra, sound, and more) and I’m even exploring a space in the historic Heard Building downtown. It would be such an honor to hold space for healing, rest, and connection there. ❤️🩹
