Family Involvement Center is a not-for-profit, family-run organization that was founded by Jane Kallal in 2001. The majority of our employees and Board of Directors have personal life experience raising children with emotional, behavioral, and/or mental health challenges.

Family Involvement Center at Mental Health Day at the Capitol

On February 9, 22 staff members from across northern, central, and southern Arizona, along with 2 Board Members, proudly represented Family Involvement Center at the Arizona State Capitol for Mental Health Day at the Capitol.

It was meaningful to stand alongside advocates, partners, and community members from across the state in support of mental health awareness and the families we serve every day. We are grateful for the opportunity to show up and be part of the conversation.

Damian is a Youth Support Partner from Phoenix who is deeply committed to helping youth navigate life’s transitions and build meaningful connections. As the first in his family to earn two bachelor’s degrees and now pursuing his master’s, Damian carries a strong vision of service, leadership, and community impact into everything he does.

We’re thankful to have Damian on our team and appreciate the positive impact he makes every day.
