🌟 Team Spotlight: Jessica Christiansen
Meet Jessica Christiansen, part of the Family Involvement Center team since 2018.
Jessica’s journey with FIC began years earlier as a parent in our Parent Support Now (PSN) program. Guided by her Parent Peer Support Provider, Nadine, she found hope and strength through lived experience and compassion—fueling her desire to help others do the same.
After reunifying with her children, Jessica became a Parent Peer Support Provider herself. What started as uncertainty turned into purpose—helping parents rebuild confidence, self-worth, and stability.
Today, Jessica’s work reaches far beyond direct support. She partners with CASA, Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, and serves on the Court Team for Infants and Toddlers (CTIT) to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes for families. She’s also represented Yavapai County at the National Cross Sites Conference.
Jessica says the most rewarding moments are when a child returns home—proof that change is possible.
“My work with FIC is more than a job—it’s a calling. I’m committed to empowering parents, strengthening families, and building lasting change.”
💙 Thank you, Jessica, for your dedication, compassion, and leadership within our community.
