Hello beautiful friends,
My name is Leah and I am a mother of two beautiful girls. I want to empower women and help them find and own their power of choice. I am a medical assistant, personal trainer, life coach, holistic nutritionist, and a labor doula at the moment. Reaching for postpartum doula, childbirth educator, breast feeding counselor, placenta encapsulation, prenatal yoga teacher, herbalist, and ending with midwife. All of these skills and services will be applied and offered to you when you book with True to You Birth and Wellness. I want you to find your own truth. You are the creator of your birth story and I am here to support you and your family with whichever way you need. I will value and honor the experience and create a safe space for you.
