Saturday 2/7/26 No class, I'll be attending an advanced yoga intensive.
Saturday 2/14/26 145pm Yoga, V-up core work, lower body mobility, push up and dip progressions, bar hangs for time.
Saturday 2/21/26 145pm Yoga, plank hold core work, upper body mobility, pull up and pullover progressions, cobra sets.
Saturday 2/28/26 145pm Yoga, leg lift core work, lower body mobility, push up and dip progressions, weighted twists.
