Could easily swap gluten free bread for sweet potato “toast” for even more of a nutrient punch. You get protein, omega-3’s, healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, and minerals.

Meal planning is as easy or difficult as you make it. Protein bowls are an easy way to reuse leftovers from dinner, squeeze veggies in simply, or add variety to your weeks.

I have 5 dressings that I love to rotate through. I sometimes add a green as well as a starch and veggies. I use a variety of proteins depending on what's leftover from dinners during the week. They are one of my favorite meal planning "hacks."
