Another great share from my friend Rowena Cua Whittier!

Groundbreaking discovery reveals that the human body is more interconnected than previously imagined. Scientists have shown that fascia, the connective tissue lining muscles and organs, is saturated with water, forming a quantum communication network that links every structure internally.

This network allows cells and tissues to exchange information rapidly through subtle electromagnetic and quantum effects. Water within the fascia facilitates energy transfer, signaling, and coordination across organs, muscles, and connective systems, suggesting that the body operates as a highly integrated, responsive system rather than isolated parts.

Understanding this network could transform medicine, rehabilitation, and bioengineering. By mapping the fascia’s quantum communication pathways, scientists may improve therapies for injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders while designing advanced bio-inspired technologies.

Discoveries like this highlight the hidden complexity of the human body. Science continues to uncover subtle systems that coordinate life at a fundamental level, showing that fascia and water play far more active roles than previously understood.

I am mesmerized by this imprint. I am not sure if this bird lived (never found a body) but it did make it’s mark and it is beautiful! Hopefully the healing vibes coming off our building helped it in some way!

Self-Care for Your Fascia

Your body loves consistent fascial care.

John Barnes always said “Love yourself enough to give yourself 5 minutes a day, longer when you have more time to do some type of self care.”

Simple daily habits can help keep your fascial system healthy:

• gentle stretching
• foam rolling
• therapy 4” ball
• rebounding
• MFR self unwinding
• hydration
• slow movement like yoga or walking

Fascia thrives with John Barnes Myofascial Release, movement, hydration, and relaxation.

Even 5 minutes of self-care can help your nervous system reset and regulate.

Your body is always listening to how you treat it.

Trauma Lives in the Fascia

The body remembers what the mind tries to forget.

Trauma is not only stored in memory… it is often stored in the fascial system.

Fascia tightens in response to stress, fear, and emotional overwhelm. Over time these protective patterns can become locked into the body.

This is why many people experience physical pain without a clear structural cause.

Myofascial Release helps create a safe environment for the body to gently release these patterns.

Sometimes healing shows up as:

• warmth

• emotional release

• deep relaxation

• spontaneous movement

• a feeling of lightness

The body knows how to heal when we give it the space to do so.
