Cyrex Laboratories

Cyrex Laboratories Out of this collaboration, Cyrex develops the next generation of clinical lab testing that is required to care for present-day complex maladies.

Cyrex Labs is an advanced clinical laboratory focusing on mucosal, cellular, and humoral immunology and specializing in antibody arrays for complex thyroid, gluten, and other food-associated autoimmune reactivities and related neurodysregulation. Cyrex’s Scientific Advisory Board, comprised of experts from a variety of medical and research disciplines, brings together the latest findings from medical research and the assessment needs of today’s healthcare professionals. Clients of Cyrex Laboratories can take advantage of educational opportunities to obtain the latest and the best clinical information through professionally accredited classes, lectures, webinars, and published articles. Cyrex also sponsors informative public lectures on the advancements in healthcare and assessments now available through laboratory testing.

Joint pain and ongoing inflammation are some of the most common things providers see, yet imaging and routine labs often leave the “why” unanswered.

Cyrex Array 5 was built for those in-between cases. It looks at immune reactivity across multiple tissues to help clarify what may be driving inflammation when structural findings fall short.

This is what immune-informed testing adds to care: more context, better sequencing, and fewer guesses.

💬 What should we break down next: hormone resistance, digestive symptoms, neurological issues, or early autoimmune patterns?

If gut symptoms, food reactions, and inflammation keep surfacing in your patient population, it’s time for a more integrated framework.

This live webinar walks through how barrier breakdown connects to downstream immune reactivity and how sequencing the right tests can bring clarity to complex cases.

Heading to A4M Longevity Fest? Come connect with Cyrex at Booth 12032.

We’re sharing new insights, new panels, and new ways to help your patients navigate autoimmunity, barriers, and immune dysregulation with more clarity than ever before.

Functional and integrative care relies on more than testing alone—it depends on strong science, informed advocacy, and better public understanding of immune health.

This GivingTuesday, we’re uplifting organizations contributing to that foundation.

Explore them, support them, and help amplify their work by sharing this post.

For many patients, living with IBD means living with uncertainty—days that fluctuate, strategies that don’t always work the same way twice, and symptoms that don’t always match the clinical picture.

Providers who look beyond surface-level findings and examine immune reactivity, microbial influences, and patterns of inflammation help restore that sense of direction. This week, we’re recognizing both the resilience of patients and the clinicians who guide them with thoughtful, investigative care.

In the early stages of gut–immune imbalance, subtle shifts can be easy to miss. LPS IgA captures those early signals and helps ground your clinical decision-making.

Because it reflects how the immune system is responding at the gut barrier, it often helps contextualize cases where timing, triggers, and symptom clusters feel unclear. Instead of guessing whether the gut is contributing, LPS IgA adds a measurable signal you can actually work with.

If you’re mapping early immune stress, tracking barrier integrity, or evaluating complex cases with overlapping complaints, this marker gives you meaningful direction—especially when paired with other gut and food immune insights in Array 2–based combos.

Every ecosystem has its own stressors, regulators, and early warning signs. The human immune system is no different — it adapts, compensates, and reshapes itself long before symptoms show up.

For clinicians working with chronic inflammation, gut issues, or hard-to-pin-down symptoms, BiomeBurden Complete offers a deeper, more systems-based understanding of what’s driving the case:

Is the immune ecosystem holding steady, or is it starting to drift out of balance?

11/20/2025

There’s a reason so many chronic-inflammation cases stall: most testing reflects presence, not immune response.

We sat down with Jim Chialtas, DACM, L.Ac., A Functional Approach to explore what happens when you shift the lens — when you look at the gut, the microbiome, and gluten-related reactivity through immune signaling instead of single-marker screening.

Had an incredible evening at the (SLiiM) dinner, where we at Cyrex Labs had the privilege of sharing our vision around immune-first testing.

From meaningful conversations to real-world insights, it was a powerful reminder that understanding the immune system isn’t just an option—it’s foundational.

Here’s to continued collaboration, deeper inquiry, and making immune health an accessible conversation for every practitioner and patient. 🧬✨

Most of your patients are living with a virus that will never cause a problem—until it does.

When something like EBV helps tip a patient toward autoimmunity, it doesn’t look dramatic at first. It looks like subtle shifts: immune cells recruiting the wrong pathways, tolerance eroding, barriers getting leaky, “mystery” symptoms that don’t quite meet criteria for anything yet.

By the time a full diagnosis lands, the immune system has usually been heading in that direction for years.

That’s the gap immune-focused testing can fill. Instead of waiting for end-stage damage, you’re able to see patterns of reactivity, barrier disruption, and trigger load while there’s still time to change course.

If your patients are asking for proactive, root-cause care, this is where the work really starts — upstream, with the immune system itself.
