Reminder: workout whenever you plan to no matter how you feel. Some of my best workouts or feeling the best after my workouts have been on days I’m dreading to exercise or just feel like crap. Not once have I ever regretted working out when I didn’t feel like it. But every time I don’t workout because I didn’t feel like it is instant regret. Keep with it at all cost!

I’ve been wanting to try this for awhile now and finally just made one, machine gun barrel inspired fire sword!!! The flames seep out the sides from the wholes when it gets hot enough for the fuel to vaporize!!

Been weight training consistently two times a week for around 45 mins. It doesn’t take much to maintain a descent amount of muscle. I feel like my muscle mass is the same as when I trained 5 days a week. Eating has a lot to do with it to, if you train 5 days a week but don’t eat enough your basically burning muscle to build muscle haha. As I get older I learn less is more when it comes to weight training.
