There is space for rent in my office. Modern office space for rent in the heart of affluent and family-oriented Arcadia/Biltmore (40th & Camelback Rd). Affordable space is difficult to find in this neighborhood. Beautiful, quiet office space with plenty of natural light and floor to ceiling windows. Great detail was taken so the office reflects a warm and welcoming feel that is not typical in many medical office spaces, including replacing all the cork-board ceiling tiles with more modern ceiling tiles. The office is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator.

Office is available Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This is a shared office space with 2 Naturopathic Doctors and you would have the space to yourself on your set days. This would be a great set up for a practitioner in the wellness/holistic/energy medicine field looking for referrals.

The office is turn-key ready. The space is set up for someone that wants low overhead and runs a solo practice.

No office staff. The office has a nice waiting room and separate office for seeing clients. Total space is 450 Sq Ft. If you decide to stay long-term, there is space in the waiting room if you want to build out a front desk. But currently, space is set up for solo practitioners.

Rent:
1 day/week - $345 per month (includes internet).
2 days/week - $690 per month
3+ days - rent is negotiable

No contract. If it doesn’t work out for you, I’m always about what is in the greater good for all involved.
