What is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)?

CBT helps you notice the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and gently shift patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

It’s like learning to talk to yourself with more understanding, take small empowering actions, and feel more in control of your inner world. 💛

What CBT might look like:
-Catching an anxious thought and asking, “Is this actually true?”
-Replacing harsh self-criticism with kinder, more realistic perspectives
-Creating a doable plan to get out of a motivation slump
