FIRST Part of series on: Parkinson’s disease patients are strongly advised to stay away from processed foods. These types of food contain a high amount of refined grains, a load of added sugar and salt, and trans fats. Example include cookies, burger, pies, donuts, and french fries.
The best diet for Parkinson's disease is similar to the best diet for most people, which includes eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, preferring fish(smaller the fish less toxins) and dairy protein to meat, and eating whole grain foods. Organic bone broth- for bones. Vitamin- D. daily. Dehydration- usually shows up as pain in the middle of your back- skin test- pinch back of hand if stays up it is very bad. Natural spring water is best. Bowel problems- figs, dates, if emergency people have tried magnesium cotrate= VERY LOW DOSE. AMINO ACIDS- coconut amino acids (lower salt than others on market)- just a little is great in food. L-tryptophan taken with eating protein has been used as a supplement later eat carbs and eating dopamine making foods-
